I am writing you with much love and gratitude for the opportunity to share in the commitment to healing, growth and empowerment as we approach the half way mark for our year long journey together.

Over the last week, I have run into a couple of you who missed a session or two and in spite of my emails to the contrary felt uncertain if they should return to the series. Let me restate that, while it is ideal to come to every session, and/or amazingly dedicated to complete the home practice, you are always welcome and encouraged to attend when you can make it. What makes this journey so magical is that in order to activate the essence of the universal spiritual teachings (as well as earth honoring practices) we need to weave a sacred hoop of other like hearted sisters. As a result each of you holds a particular vibration that is missed when absent. Witnessing each other's healing stimulates healing in ourselves. What we have embarked on is beyond a "seminar series" as we opened the door to a transformational process. Also as we found last month, the work is becoming more interactive and the group bond is really starting to deepen. Enough said on that front!

When we meet on June 2, 2007, we will feed our bodies with the most natural, organic and dynamic energy source in the universe: shakti. This cosmic life-force when mixed with our personal chi vibrates in the body as sexual energy and enhances health, vitality as well as an experience of bliss.
As we have been repatterning our story from baby to teen, allowing this elixir in the body will support the blossoming of our feminine soul into the fullness of the young woman. The key word is allowing -- to claim what have we sacrificed and feared in an attempt to experience, understand and explore something that is a natural part of our most basic humanity. This will be a beautiful afternoon where we dedicate the return of passion, vitality, spontaneity and permission to surrender into our souls and bodies.

Please bring with you two stones:
~one beautiful crystal or stone that will be initiated with shakti energy for your personal altar.
~one to work with and give to Mother Earth that will be take transferred energy of old fears, emotions and collective attitudes that no longer serve your spirit and heart.

Remember that summer in Chicago means street fairs and baseball games so please allow more driving time so we can begin our session at 1:00 p.m.

If you have not pre-registered, please contact Nancy ASAP to avoid the increase at the door payment. Again, if you prepay for four sessions the rate per session is reduced even more.
